Meetings

The Board of Supervisors of the Lucaya Community Development District (the “District”) will hold its regular meetings for Fiscal Year 2027 at the Lucaya Clubhouse, 14506 Abaco Lakes Drive, Fort Myers, Florida 33908 at 9:30 a.m. on the second Wednesday of the following dates: 

Meeting Dates

  • November 18, 2026 **3rd Wednesday**
  • January 13, 2027
  • March 10, 2027
  • May 12, 2027
  • August 11, 2027

The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts.

A person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that this same person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
