Meetings

The Board of Supervisors of the Lucaya Community Development District (the “District”) will hold its regular meetings for Fiscal Year 2025 at theLucaya Clubhouse, 14506 Abaco Lakes Drive, Fort Myers, Florida 33908 on the second Wednesday of the following dates: 

 

November 13, 2024

January 8, 2025

March 12, 2025

May 14, 2025

August 13, 2025

 

The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts.

Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in this meeting is asked to advise the District Office at (813) 344-4844, at least 48 hours before the meeting. A person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that this same person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
